We find that a segment of shoppers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) has a strange (inaccurate) thinking that best deals can only be found in hidden places, like a back alley, dingy workshop or basement, or from some guy driving around the neighbourhood in a beater vehicle demanding Cash only with no receipt for the “best deal in town”.  Growing up, my impression of back alleys are areas where people might get mugged.  For me, successful businesses should have presentable showrooms in good locations, a clear repeatable sales process that quickly identify real customers, standardize pricing and discount policy that all employees follow that allows them to be competitive with the competition, and a strong reputation for service.  For Trendy Blinds, 1000’s of customers have done their homework and checked out the competition and chose us because we provided the best value (= Quality + Service + Price).  Don’t let our high end image intimidate you into thinking we don’t have the best prices in town.
